Newport Shores Residence

A new build with an old-world feel, this shingled lakefront residence mirrors the enduring charm of New England architecture. Generous spaces, plenty of storage, and durable materials were top of mind for the client, who wanted a home that would keep up with their growing family. Yet a sense of dressiness comes through in the detailed millwork, rich wall coverings, and classic furnishings. A series of French doors opens to the shore side, which features a newly designed beach cove, farmer’s garden, and play area for the pets.
