Our services often begin as feasibility studies that examine design potential along with the expected costs of a project. Moving forward, we offer design services for remodels, historic restorations and custom homes. We stay involved throughout the course of the project, serving as our client’s representative and advocate to help ensure the translation of our design into spectacular results.
Our Fee Structure
Our fee structure is designed to provide clarity and peace of mind. Initial Feasibility studies are performed at our hourly studio rates. Once a clear scope of work has been defined, we provide a fixed fee for all design and management services needed to translate our shared vision into a brilliant new home. These fixed fees are based on a percentage of estimated construction costs. Our fixed fees typically range from 5% to 10% of a new custom home.
